They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, including migraines or chronic headaches, before relying on any product sold on this Site.

We've made reasonable efforts to accurately display the colours and details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise
  • Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (including major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna where available)
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
  • A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, not at the point of order confirmation

4. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, with delivery times varying by destination and shipping method as shown at checkout
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once the products are delivered to the address you provided

5. Your Right to Cancel and Returns

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, and we additionally offer a 30-day home trial. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Pricing and Promotions

Promotional pricing, discounts, and "compare at" prices reflect prices we have genuinely offered for the product for a reasonable period beforehand. We reserve the right to end or amend promotions at any time.

7. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a product review or other content to us, you confirm it is honest, based on genuine use of the product, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may display, edit for length, or decline to publish reviews at our discretion, but we won't fabricate reviews or alter their substantive meaning.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Watts Living and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
